We have a team of people on site 24 hours a day at Chapel Wharf who you’ll get to know when you live here. You can mostly find them on the ground floor where they’re always around to answer a question, lend a hand or just have a chat.
I am the City Operations Manager for Chapel Wharf, which really can mean I’m doing pretty much anything each day - from training members of the team, to helping run an event. Basically, it’s my job to oversee everything and make sure that we’re all moving in the right direction and that everyone is happy!
I also like to get more involved where I can, for example I sometimes host the book club. I love reading and if I was a resident I definitely would have joined this. It’s been lovely seeing the friendships form off the back of book club.
I am the Customer Service and Experience Manager here. I’m responsible for organising and running all the events and activities, as well as managing the process of helping residents move and settle in.
I particularly enjoy attending the resident social events, because that’s a great opportunity for us to see everyone, get to know new people and have a laugh and a dance too.
I’m the Head of Leasing at Chapel Wharf, which means it’s my job to help potential new residents understand what it’s like to live here, so they can decide if it’s where they’d like to be.
I’m the Estates Manager here which means I oversee all the operational side of what it takes to keep a building like this running day to day from making sure apartments are ready for new residents to move into, to ensuring we keep on top of all the ongoing maintenance requirements.
