The open plan kitchens are kitted out with an oven, a ceramic hob, a concealed extractor, a fridge-freezer, as well as having plenty of cupboard and worktop space. The washer/dryer is in the utility cupboard in the hallway.
Floor to ceiling windows fill the open plan living area with light. Each apartment has a six seater dining table, a corner sofa and 2-seater sofa, as well as a coffee table, a side table and an entertainment unit.
Each of the bedroom has a large, full height built in wardrobe with hanging rails and storage and a mirrored front. The upholstered beds come with a 1000 pocket sprung Hypnos mattress and a Hypnos headboard. There are also two wooden bedside tables and a matching chest of drawers.
The two fully tiled bathrooms have a power showers over a bath, full length mirrors, mirrored wall cabinets above the sink with integrated toothbrush/shaver charging points, and heated towel rails.
Every apartment has a balcony running the full length of the apartment, accessible from the living room via a sliding glass door.
You can rent unfurnished or furnished. And if you choose furnished, you can select from two different styles, dark or light.
Pets are welcome in many of our apartments and in our ground floor social spaces.
When you move in, you can paint your apartment any colour you want.
250mbs broadband is included in your rent and gives you a connection all across the development.
We have car parking spots available for rent for an additional £120 pcm.
Our agreements are three years long as standard, with a break clause after the first 12 months. All you need to do is give us 2 months notice.
If you’re still on probation, we won’t ask you for a guarantor or to pay more rent upfront. As long as you’re employed you can sign our standard tenancy agreement.
